Kevin McCarthy
Kevin is the founder of Southmark Capital and has been involved with commercial real estate property and distressed loans for over two decades. His expertise includes acquisitions, asset management, loan workouts, dispositions and loan originations. In addition he has experience in tax and structured finance. The majority of his experience is in office, industrial, residential, retail and land. Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant and received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Akron.
Kenneth L Nix
Kenneth’s successful real estate career spans more than fifteen years, he has been on both sides of real estate transactions, filling both advisory and principal roles. His expertise includes raising capital, investment brokerage, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions. He is a licensed realtor in multiple states located within the Southeastern United States. Kenneth is a graduate of Wofford College with a B.A. in economics.
